If it's where I think it is, it's not a theater. It's a defunct casino undergoing some sort of reconstruction. It's on Tropicana at Koval, right next to the Motel 6 (seen in the background to the left). I'll drive by there to verify in the next day or so.

Drove by it today--confirmed that this is not, nor ever was a theatre. It's a small (really small) derelict casino/bar/restaurant, wedged in between the Carrows Restaurant/Rodeway Inn, and the Hotel San Remo on Tropicana between Koval Lane and Duke Ellington Way.
