I'm very familiar with that Safeway in Bothell. I haven't heard anything myself about that location but know that store will be closing soon & there will be a McMenamin's Hotel & Theater nearby at a former high school. The opening isn't expected until 2013 however. There's going to be a lot of redevelopment in that area over the next 2 years & it would be nice too see a new theater in the area. Hopefully it's not another AMC or Regal Theater if it's true
