Art Zabel, former owner of and who's famiily built the Capitol Theater in Olympia, Washington has passed away at age 91 of Alzheimer's Disease.

The Zabel family has a long and colorful history in Olympia, Washington theaters going all the way back to 1906. With Art's passing that now closes the last chapter of Olympia's theater history.

I am proud to have known him and will miss him.
