The address given for the Delman is 3319 Hackberry, which appears to be just off of Belt Line Rd & I-635 in Irving. Is this the correct location? It is currently the middle of nowhere about a mile from MacArthur Marketplace.

According to a poster on Cinema Treasures the Delman is demolished, so it could be.
