This theater was photographed somewhere in North Jersey, in a town directly across from New York City. Can anyone identify it and the town? The date of the photo is not known.

The theatre is the old B.F. Keith's Capitol Theatre in Union City, NJ. It later was known as the RKO Capitol Theatre, it seated around 2114 seats. The front half of the theatre's 3 story facade was removed. It is currently a CVS drug store.
The build on the left side of the picture is a Bank of America branch. Your shot is from across Bergenline Ave. looking south east around 49th Street.
