This building (now a church) is located at 109 E Market in Mabank, Texas. Anyone know if this was either the MATEX or ROYAL?

Im a resident of Mabank,tx,and the "MATEX" was located about 100 yards north of the business 175,198 intersection,on the corner of E Market and 198.So,Knowing this, the "ROYAL"must be where the church is,located in downtown on Market ST.

The "MATEX" building is still standing, but the local ford dealer gutted it,and made an automotive repair shop out of the place. The old projector and the ticketbox is still displayed in the lobby area, which is clearly visible for the public to glance at from the road.

If you'll go here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/99859572@N00/510256458/ ... this is a photo I took back in June of 2004 of the Matex Theatre.
