This building was located at the corner of Oak and Fourth in Mineral Wells. Can anyone identify this as a theater?

Mineral Wells has 3 theatres back in 1955: Brazos Theatre (108 N. Oak St.), Grand Theatre (416 N. Oak St.), and Ritz (105 N. Oak St.). The intersection of Oak & 4th seems to map out to the 300 block of Oak, though, so unless there was a renumbering it does not look like this was a cinema.

This one has been positively identified as the Grand Theatre.
