I went by the Vogue Theater in Hollywood today and saw that all the stores in the Vogue Theater Building are closed and it looks like they are preparing the building for either a major renovation or demolition. No offical word on this, so I have no idea what the actual plans are for the building.

I know a lot of the stores in that area have been closed for a long time (since Metro dug the subway). In fact, the Subway had damaged several buildings. Maybe they have been vacated since.

There has been talk about Vogue and Fox Theatres being turned into nightclubs.
